Kevin P. Reilly, Jr. has served as Executive Chairman since February 2020 and as a member of the board of directors since February 1984. He joined the Company in 1978 and served as Chief Executive Officer from February 1989 until February 2011, as well as President from February 1989 until February 2020. Mr. Reilly received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
