Lamar's transfer agent is American Stock Transfer. A transfer agent is responsible for maintaining all records of stockholders (including change of address, telephone number and name), cancelling or issuing stock certificates and resolving problems related to lost, destroyed or stolen certificates. Following a stock split, the transfer agent is responsible for issuing new certificates to reflect the split.
